1. Start with the training.
Our practical, whole-school training introduces staff to the principles of The Write Path Cymru and shows how to put them into practice. You can either contact us to arrange in-person training or you can up to school membership, where you will find our online training workshops, so that you can run training yourselves.
In the training, teachers explore how to plan meaningful writing journeys, use strong model texts, teach grammar and vocabulary in context, and make every lesson count.
Teachers receive a Planning and Teaching Book, packed with guidance, planning mats, examples and practical teaching ideas.
2. Put it into practice
The Write Path Cymru gives teachers the structure and flexibility to plan writing that works for their pupils.
With genre guidance, lesson ideas and AI planning prompts, teachers can create purposeful lessons that build towards a meaningful final piece of writing.
3. Become a Write Path Cymru Member School
Training is just the beginning! Our School Membership gives schools access to additional resources and ongoing support to help embed The Write Path Cymru across the school.
